The "10-Year-Old Girls" program leverages the power of encounters between girls and women to break down stereotypes, fostering values such as collectivity, empathy, identification, and confidence. Through a series of meetings with girls from diverse regions and socioeconomic backgrounds in Rio de Janeiro, the program expands to discuss issues related to women's place in our society, as well as their representation in science, and in the dialogue on urgent issues related to climate, the environment, and biodiversity.
