Purpose:
Hoping for possible futures
Values:
Creative at heart
We believe creativity is in our DNA. We can all practice it daily, whether in the simplest tasks or complex projects. Here, we encourage people to bring new ideas, be proactive, and feel part of our creative community. And to create and innovate, you need to take risks. That's why we value the learning process, with its mistakes and successes. Making mistakes while striving for improvement is human, but we don't persist in repeating the same errors.
Authentically diverse
We are many, we are different, and each experience and worldview matters. It is from the sum of these differences that our best ideas come. And to be authentically diverse, we need to know how to include. We create spaces where everyone is welcome, recognized, and listened to.
Commitment to excellence
We always do our best. We pride ourselves on establishing good relationships with our partners, collaborators, and everyone in our network, and on creating engaging spaces for reflection and learning. We want to make it work because that's how we transform Brazilian society.
Respect for agreements
We understand that respect goes beyond good manners and should be the foundation of all interactions. We respect agreements and offer legal and financial security to build trust. We always want to add value and ensure our partners know they can count on us to deliver excellent projects.
Enchantment
We welcome people with pleasure and take pride when they are amazed by our spaces, whether in the corporate environment or in museums. We encourage people to reach their potential and are enthusiastic about our purpose. We believe in creating hopeful futures, built collectively, and in the positive impact our projects can have on the communities where they are located.
