Fazenda Culinária restaurant

Fazenda Culinária is a restaurant school dedicated to the technical training of professionals for the food, drink and hospitality sectors.
A group of young people – cooks, bartenders, waiters and waitresses – in search of a better tomorrow composes the restaurant kitchen. On the restaurant’s shelves, designed by Bel Lobo, alongside beautiful objects, is a collection of books with references from world cuisine, creating a gastronomic library, having in the background an open and plural kitchen.

  • The Fazenda Culinária restaurant is open from Tuesdays through to Sundays from 12pm to 5pm, and is located in the external area of the Museum, at the end of the building next to the Guanabara Bay and the Frank Stella sculpture on the water mirror.

Museum of Tomorrow Store

The shop is administered by Parceria Carioca, an integrated store with many suppliers, all of which are equally responsible for their costs and prices according to the amount of space their stands take up.

Fazenda Culinária Coffee Shop

The Fazenda Culinária supports the production of local ingredients, cultivated and distributed entirely in Rio de Janeiro. The institution believes that an action as simple as eating may transform the whole production chain and values the flavors and particularities of each farm crop.
