Cinema is enchantment, a blend of reality and fiction, a game of mirrors in which we make no distinction between the real and the imagined. In this blurring of reality and imagination, the great masters of animation are the central characters, those who bring imagination to life within this universe of color, light, and sound. From stop-motion—frame-by-frame filming that gives movement to inanimate objects—to computer graphics, the magic of major productions has always been capable of confounding and aweing even the most attentive observers
In addition to the exhibition, visitors will be able to uncover some of the secrets of the effects that impress on the small screen (games) and big screen (cinema and TV) with the second edition of VFX Rio, on November 28th and 29th. The seminar will bring together producers from "Game of Thrones" and "Star Wars," as well as visual effects professionals from film, games, and new technologies from studios in Hollywood, Bollywood, Europe, and Brazil, to chat with the audience
