How can we, in our homes and daily routines, contribute and participate directly in proposing what the food of the future would be?
In the Edible Future workshop, which takes place on February 19th, 23rd, and 26th, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM and from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM, we will explore the future of food in practice, carrying out a series of activities to help us think or rethink how our eating habits are impacting the dynamics of life on the planet. Recovering ancestral practices that are simple to perform and nutritionally efficient, such as germination and fermentation, demonstrating the preparation and tasting of nutrient-rich foods that are still undervalued in the diet, such as algae, is the first step toward changing the way we relate to food.
