Goal 11: Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable
Throughout the projection, which lasts approximately seven minutes, visitors will follow four characters on their journey through various possible scenarios for the future.
What will life be like in big cities if current problems related to housing, urban mobility and social injustice only worsen over the coming decades?
What measures need to be implemented so that we can have increasingly sustainable, accessible, and fair environments for all, as well as more resilient in the face of the challenges arising from the climate crisis?
These are some of the questions that guide the exhibition's narrative. After watching the animation, visitors will have access to examples of innovative measures already being adopted in cities around the world, in various areas (such as urban mobility and access to health services). The exhibition also includes a game that addresses food production, which presents strategies for sustainably meeting the growing demand for food that accompanies population growth
