The Museum of Tomorrow presents Women in Science and Innovation - Entrepreneurship for science and technology researchers. This is not only a project to encourage female researchers in STEM fields, but also a platform for connecting them, where they can share experiences, challenges, and achievements. Here, female voices find a space to discuss challenges often silenced in academic and professional environments. This project celebrates the strength and innovation of women, highlighting remarkable trajectories and projects.

5th Edition - 2023:

This edition, the program will be entirely online and free, facilitating access for researchers from all over Brazil. Comprising five synchronous online meetings, the program aims to strengthen skills in the areas of innovation, entrepreneurship, gender, and science, helping to expand career opportunities in both academia and the job market.

Program Details and Objectives:

Since 2019, in collaboration with the British Council, the Museum of Tomorrow has been a strong ally in implementing this program. To date, more than 500 prominent female researchers have had the opportunity to participate in previous editions, enhancing their careers and expanding their networks. The meetings promote training and networking, with a special focus on cooperation among Brazilian female researchers, addressing relevant topics such as innovation, entrepreneurship, and gender and science.
