Lab de Ideias is an incubator that connects art and technology in creative workshops, where young people develop innovative solutions to the challenges of their communities. The project values ​​local cultural expressions, stimulates innovative thinking, and strengthens identities, creating bridges for the acceleration and development of ideas that combine creativity and techno-social impact.

The training encourages critical thinking and the creative use of accessible resources, promoting a sensitive perspective on the surrounding environment and its potential. In addition to practical activities, the training cycle offers socio-emotional support, contributing to the strengthening of self-esteem, empathy, and autonomy among participants.

Twenty young people are selected to participate in the training, with meetings held on Saturdays, according to the proposed schedule.

The Ideas Lab methodology was developed in partnership with CodeFicar, an organization specializing in driving transformations in vulnerable communities through education, inclusive technology, and mental health care.
