The exhibition “From abundance to scarcity” aims to complement, through images, the themes to be discussed at the seminar “Water crisis in Brazil: yesterday, today and tomorrow”, which opens the Water Week program at the Museum of Tomorrow. The exhibition is divided into three panels: Diverse Brazil, Rio de Janeiro, and Drought in the Northeast.
Supervised by Custodio Coimbra, with consulting by Jayme Zettel and stage design by Joana Coimbra, the exhibition presents 12 photographers' striking perspectives on Brazil's watery wonders and the associated challenges. The team was selected by Custodio Coimbra in partnership with the Museum and #Colabora.
The exhibition can be seen from June 20 to July 31 in the Galeria do Tempo, next to the Main Exhibition of the Museum of Tomorrow.
In addition to the photographic exhibition and the seminar, the Water Week promoted by the Museum of Tomorrow also includes the installation Ah! Molecule, by visual artist Suzana Queiroga.
